Dan,
Did Dean take money from a Government Agency to pay for the Daily Kos?
If Dean used his own money, was it against the law?
If it was, then Dean should be prosecuted.

I have nothing against what Howard Dean did, even if it was unlawful. I remember something about the first amendment.
The U.S. Department of Education has a long history of supporting propoganda. While I'm displeased by it, I'm no longer shocked.
